Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking an EHS Manager for a 24/7 manufacturing site in Kingman, KS. This hands-on safety leadership role focuses on floor presence, inspections, and coaching operators to maintain a safe work environment.

You will own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance, conduct incident investigations, and deliver practical on-the-floor training across all four shifts. Competitive benefits and bonus potential up to 10% are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs.
• Willingness to rotate across all 4 shifts.
• Strong floor presence and ability to engage hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shifts.
• Own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level.
• Build trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadership.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver hands-on training that sticks.
