Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a General Laborer to support door manufacturing operations. You will load and unload materials, assemble and move doors, and rotate tasks to keep production flowing.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, reading schedules, adjusting equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining records while contributing to a clean, efficient plant environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Read and follow production schedules to ensure correct timing and placement of products.
• Set equipment parameters per job orders and schematics.
• Gather materials according to production schedules for continuous workflows.
• Perform quality checks to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Communicate effectively to support product flow through the plant.
• Maintain downtime records and production information as appropriate.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and uphold Target Zero philosophy.
• Read, understand, and follow production schedules ensuring correct product is manufactured on time.
• Follow production orders and schematics adjusting equipment parameters as needed.
• Gather materials per schedules to maintain efficient workflow.
• Perform quality checks throughout production to meet specs.
• Communicate professionally to support product flow.
• Maintain downtime records and production information.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
