Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to five years of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (or the ability to obtain certification).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production: perform light chemical production activities under the Production Manager; operate equipment; maintain records.
• Receiving: unload inbound shipments, verify materials against docs, report discrepancies, inspect for damage.
• Shipping: pick, package, stage, and load outbound shipments per specs and ISO procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety policies, report incidents, maintain safety mindset around chemicals and heavy equipment; support ISO standards.
• Inventory & General Operations: help maintain accurate inventory, keep a clean and safe environment, support warehouse and production as needed.
