Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent; 10+ years PM experience and leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage direct reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating integrated work streams across video production, digital, media, social, influencers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management department and help the agency deliver its best work through thoughtful planning and proactive problem-solving.
• Partner with integrated agency leads to connect people, processes, and priorities from brief through delivery.
• Actively contribute to client work and support new-business efforts as needed.
• Oversee PM resource allocation and align team capacity with client and agency needs, financial plans, and staffing realities.
• Train teams on processes, best practices, and tools (such as Workfront and asset management).
• Forecast capacity, run rates, and operational metrics to ensure efficient delivery across projects.
