You will mentor teams, manage client projects, and contribute to agency-wide initiatives, shaping how work is planned and delivered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent in academic or work environment.
• 10+ years of project management experience with growth into leadership.
• Direct report management experience and mentoring ability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Operational leadership with a track record of improving workflows.
• Experience across video production, digital, media, social, and influencers.
• Experience leading process improvements at project and company levels.
• Advanced skills in resource management and capacity forecasting.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
