Job summary

Uline Inc. in Allentown, PA, seeks a Director of Distribution & Operations to lead a large warehouse network from the floor, coaching managers and teams over 500 employees to deliver best‑in‑class service and same‑day shipping.

You will direct inbound, outbound and supporting operations, remove barriers with data‑driven improvements, and drive safety, productivity and quality in a fast‑paced facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience with KPI tracking and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, ensuring accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
• Investigate challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
