Job summary

Wise Pelican is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Scottsdale to own both strategy and hands-on execution across paid search, social, and email. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, build robust tracking in HubSpot, and optimize ROAS with data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, and Operations, and drive ongoing improvements in attribution and performance. This is a growth-focused, hands-on role.

• 3+ years in digital marketing campaign management.
• Proven ability to execute strategy with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate.
• Allocate budgets and guide strategic initiatives to improve ROAS and CPA.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, and Operations.
• Work with design to create ads that attract and convert.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation.
• Utilize HubSpot, Wicked Reports, and Google Analytics to track campaigns.
• Create and measure A/B tests for landing pages.
