STChealth is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead security integration across software development, CI/CD, and cloud operations. You will design secure pipelines, automate security controls, and guide cross-functional teams toward compliant, scalable systems.

You will mentor engineers on secure coding and IaC practices, collaborating with engineering, security, and operations to drive continuous improvement and risk-based decisions across cloud environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/security or related field.
• 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps or Infrastructure with strong security focus.
• Experience integrating automated security gates into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Scripting and automation: Python, Bash, Go.
• Cloud platforms and cloud security tooling (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty).
• Infrastructure as code tools knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead secure CI/CD pipelines and automate security scanning (SAST/DAST/SCA).
• Architect and harden scalable, compliant cloud infrastructure.
• Secure containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Stay current on DevSecOps trends and best practices.
• Mentor team on secure SDLC and IaC security.
