Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC. is seeking a hands‑on Manager of DevOps Engineering in Scottsdale, AZ to lead a team of engineers while actively building and operating scalable, cloud‑native systems.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes infrastructure, and platform reliability, driving delivery and reducing operational overhead through direct technical execution and leadership. You’ll mentor engineers, shape DevOps strategy, and collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Security to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, with 3+ years of direct people leadership.
• Mastery of cloud platforms (AWS) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and monitoring tools (New Relic, Dynatrace).
• Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• API Gateway platforms (AWS API Gateway, Apigee).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and continuous improvement of DevOps/SRE practices.
• Own CI/CD systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
• Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, EKS, networking, IAM).
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks.
