Job summary

The Intersect Group seeks a Technical DevOps Manager in Plano, TX to lead cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering while staying hands-on. You will mentor a growing DevOps team and collaborate with development and QA to improve reliability and delivery.

Responsibilities include designing AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation, managing Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), building CI/CD pipelines, implementing security controls, and enhancing observability with Datadog.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform teams.
• Proven expertise in AWS services and Kubernetes.
• Strong skills in IaC, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Experience guiding engineers and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps engineering team.
• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using IaC tools.
