Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Plex DevOps team. The role blends home-based work with in-office days, reporting to the Plex DevOps & Product Security Engineering Manager.

You will contribute to the software development lifecycle of the Plex family and help mature CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in software operations, strong cloud and container experience, and familiarity with multiple CI/CD tools and programming languages.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software operations / automation (as stated).
• Experience configuring and monitoring CI/CD tools.
• Experience configuring and monitoring applications on cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, PowerShell) and multiple programming languages (Go, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, Helm).
• Familiarity with PR-based development and various repo tools.

Responsabilidades

• Run applications and services built on distributed cloud architectures.
• Build and maintain monitors, alerts, automation and remediation in production environments.
• Build and customize Docker images and services.
• Automate frequent, repetitive tasks and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Support software quality, stability, and availability initiatives.
• Collaborate to mature CI/CD workflows and automation.
