Pave Talent is hiring the first planning hire for a brand-new high-tech production site in the US. You will own demand, capacity, and master production scheduling from day one, building processes and systems as the site scales.

You will partner with commercial and product teams to create credible plans, drive S&OP/IBP readiness, and eventually lead planning for a multi-site network. This role requires hands-on execution and strong stakeholder influence.

Formación

• Hands-on planning experience, building demand/our supply plans from scratch.
• Ability to run rough-cut capacity planning across 2–3 years.
• Experience with MPS and raw material planning.
• Proven ability to build planning processes in Excel without a system.
• Strong communication to influence business without direct authority.
• Startup mentality with comfort in ambiguity and rapid learning.

Responsabilidades

• Demand planning: partner with commercial, product, and sales to turn the forecast into a credible supply plan and own reconciliation.
• Rough-cut capacity planning two to three years out to reveal capacity gaps earlier.
• Master production scheduling (MPS) and raw material planning.
• Lead lightweight S&OP now, evolve toward IBP as SAP IBP comes online.
• Be the planning voice across line-of-business owners, product management, and sales.
• Develop and plan to hire a Buyer/Planner and build the team as volume grows.
