Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is hiring a Datacenter Engineer to support mission‑critical infrastructure across our data centers. The role emphasizes hands‑on work with servers, networking gear, storage, cabling, and facility systems, with regular collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and NOC teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of datacenter experience, strong MAC skills, and a solid understanding of copper/MMF/SMF cabling and testing tools. On‑site work in Secaucus, NJ is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of datacenter experience in support, including racking, cabling, and troubleshooting server, storage, and network equipment in a colo environment.
• MAC work involving installing/moving equipment and cabling at a large scale.
• Experience with testing tools for copper/MMF/SMF cabling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers, network devices, storage systems, and cabling.
• Perform structured cabling and documentation.
• Execute daily MAC tasks including installs and rack/cable upgrades.
• Report environmental issues and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, application, and connectivity issues with Engineering and NOC teams.
