Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Manager to lead daily operations, engineering, and maintenance of company-owned and colocation data centers. You will manage 24/7 operations, security, budgets, and vendor contracts while mentoring a team of engineers.

On-site required at Secaucus, NJ, with a focus on reliability and strategic growth. You will drive standards, performance metrics, and incident response in a fast-paced financial infrastructure environment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on data center operations experience, including at least 5 years leading or managing technical teams.
• Experience managing colocation or third-party data center providers, including SLA enforcement and escalation.
• Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments, including leading incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Operations, Uptime & Physical Security Management across all data center sites, including access control.
• MAC & Change Management: schedule nightly MAC work and approve change/MOP docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 data center operations, physical security, and environmental systems across all Cboe data center sites.
• Manage cross-connects and latency-optimized customer connectivity; coordinate with data center providers.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning for data center infrastructure.
• Govern vendor contracts, budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and SLA enforcement with providers.
• Define global standards for data center systems and contribute to long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop data center engineering teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
