Job summary
Masco Corporation seeks a Data Engineering Leader to own the delivery, quality, and operational health of Masco's enterprise data engineering capabilities. You will lead a team building ingestion, transformation, and Lakehouse solutions powering enterprise POS and commercial data, coding alongside the team and aligning with the Enterprise Data Architect.
You will partner with the BI Delivery Leader to ensure data structures and models exist for accurate analytics delivery, while guiding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven data engineering leadership with delivery accountability.
- Hands-on design and build of scalable data solutions on Azure.
- Experience running incident management and SLA-driven support for data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data Engineers and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery.
- Own ingestion pipelines across data sources on the Databricks and Azure stack.
- Drive data validation gates for completeness, outliers, and consistency before enrichment.
- Establish SLAs for incidents, releases, and operational health.
