Aeroflow Health is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to join the SQL Engineering team. You will design, optimize, and maintain SQL-based solutions across MSSQL and AWS, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and focuses on building scalable data pipelines and reliable databases to support critical workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Data Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong hands-on SQL development, including queries and procedures.
• Experience with MSSQL or similar relational databases.
• Cloud experience with AWS and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into engineering solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based solutions powering operational workflows.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data models.
• Troubleshoot and refactor SQL code to improve performance and reliability.
• Build scalable data pipelines across MSSQL and AWS environments.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering and Analytics teams.
• Document database architectures and engineering processes.
