Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a working lead to manage a production shift, supervise associates, and ensure cylinders are processed safely and efficiently. The role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

You will oversee sorting, inspection, cleaning, labeling, and refilling of cylinders, ensure compliance with safety codes, and pre-train new personnel while maintaining daily production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be safety oriented and able to follow PPE requirements.
• Able to supervise and lead a small team on a production shift.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities across a shift and ensure output targets.
• Involve in sorting, inspecting, cleaning, labeling, and refilling cylinders.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Mentor new personnel and monitor workflow in the center.
• Maintain cylinder quality and timely distribution readiness.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
