Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a hands-on supervisor in training to direct, mentor and lead a housekeeping crew of six front-line staff. You’ll ensure a clean, safe environment for guests and staff while supporting the path to a full supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas and guide staff to meet standards.
• Direct cleaning of casino floor, offices, restrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and event center.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience with cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coaching to crew, promoting safety and quality at all times.
• Remain flexible with shifts; typical 12-hour rotations with a 3-day weekend every other week.
