Job summary

RediMinds, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Corporate Financial Controller to build and run the day-to-day financial engine, ensure GAAP-compliant books, and strengthen controls as the company scales. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the close, deliver timely statements, and partner with leadership on financial strategy.

You will lead accounting operations, automate processes, and mentor a lean team, balancing accuracy with speed in a growth-stage tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/financial operations of tech/SaaS businesses with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience in roles such as Controller or Senior Accounting Manager.
• Strong command of GAAP and close/financial statement prep (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience managing cash, reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Take hands‑on ownership of accounting operations including general ledger, AR, AP, payroll coordination and month/year-end close.
• Own the monthly close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain chart of accounts and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage banking, reconciliations, working capital and tax filings with external partners.
• Establish scalable accounting policies, processes and internal controls for a growth tech company.
• Develop and improve accounting systems and automate processes to increase speed and accuracy.
• Provide financial modeling and analysis for commercial opportunities and significant contracts.
