Job summary

Redaptive is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Controller to lead the finance organization as we scale. You will direct monthly closes, equity reporting, payroll accuracy, and SEC filing oversight across US and international entities.

You’ll collaborate with FP&A for earnings content and serve on governance committees. The ideal candidate holds a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and 15+ years of progressive corporate accounting with SOX and US GAAP expertise; Big 4 exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA with active license.
15+ years of progressive corporate accounting and supervisory experience.
Big 4 public accounting experience preferred; US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Ensure all month-end close processes across US and foreign entities are timely and accurate.
Manage SEC reporting, XBRL tagging, and earnings-related content with FP&A.
Lead tax, audits, SOX compliance, ASC 606/842, and Treasury activities.
Mentor and train accounting team; oversee external auditors and committees.
