The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive accounting, 2+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in project-based, investment-focused environments.
• Experience supporting financing activities and complex financial transactions.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll and GL.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Manage project accounting, budgets, invoicing and cash flow.
• Support financing activities and financial initiatives.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners.
