Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction management.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency of math and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across project phases from start to finish.
• Support estimating, contracts, permits, and insurance processes.
• Contribute to safety, purchasing, submittals, and tracking materials.
• Assist with field tracking, productivity, and change orders.
• Support project closeout with O&M manuals and as-record drawings.
