Job summary

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead hands-on construction management for capital projects at the Arroyo, Puerto Rico facility. The role emphasizes field execution, contractor oversight, schedule adherence, and change control, with limited design support for capital projects in Arroyo/Arroyo-area sites.

The position also entails civil/architectural/engineering coordination, field surveys, AutoCAD drawings, and preliminary design concepts as part of a broader project

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of industrial/manufacturing/construction projects with multidisciplinary field work.
• Experience coordinating equipment installation, shutdowns, and facility utilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction planning, execution, and contractor management with field presence.
• Coordinate stakeholders including contractors, consultants, facilities, EHS, engineering, operations, and quality.
• Develop short-term look-ahead plans and ensure readiness of drawings, materials, and permits.
• Monitor field progress, resolve design discrepancies and constructability issues.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and turnover with documentation.
