Job summary

DDD GROUP, LLC seeks a Project Engineer in Guaynabo, PR to lead on-site construction, coordinate subcontractors, and manage schedules and budget. You will document progress, enforce safety and quality, and ensure delivery of project milestones per contract.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and communication skills, with a background in civil engineering or architecture and a professional license. This is a full-time position in Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional license required.
• CIAPR / CAAPR membership is preferred.
• Minimum five years of construction supervision and inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule by weekly milestones and update the Primavera schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor and bi-weekly owner meetings with documented minutes.
• Manage procurement, deliveries, and budget and track daily project progress.
• Oversee on-site inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure project drawings and specifications are followed and quality standards met.
