• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, kneeling, and prolonged standing.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of carpentry, concrete, mechanical, and civil crews on treatment plant projects.
• Assist with excavation support, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Handle, move, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support concrete operations including formwork prep, placing, vibrating, patching, and curing protection.
• Install and remove temporary works such as barricades, fencing, protection, and erosion control.
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal in treatment facilities.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Assist skilled trades as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and access ways.
