Job summary

Heirloom Property Management is seeking a Construction Laborer for the Duluth area to contribute to a variety of projects. You will handle tasks from material management to on-site execution with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday hours. Candidates should have 2 years of hands-on trades experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. A vehicle for work travel is required and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have and maintain an insured vehicle for work-related travel.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of hands-on trades experience preferred.
