Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist Carpenters with various construction tasks. The candidate will serve as part of the construction crew, actively engaging in site preparation, material delivery, and construction duties including drywall installation and landscaping.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in construction and proficiency with tools is advantageous. Regular travel for site work is expected within the greater Duluth area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Safely operates and maintains heavy machinery and power tools.
• Previous experience in the construction field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the construction crew on work sites.
• Assist with preparation of the work site for construction activities.
• Perform construction work including demolition, window installation, and finish carpentry.
