Job summary

Heirloom Construction in Duluth, MN is seeking a Lead Foreman to supervise crews on commercial construction projects. You will mentor apprentices, organize the job-site, and ensure safe, efficient execution of scopes of work.

You have 5+ years as a foreman or crew leader in residential/commercial construction, with strong leadership and communication. The role is a full-time on-site position in the Duluth area, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Lead Foreman needed to be our measure twice and cut once commercial construction rock star.

We need a belt-on Commercial Foreman that can methodically break down and rebuild anything we throw at them. You’ll be responsible for teaching measure-twice-cut-once quality and efficiency as you share your timeless skills working side by side with your eager crew.
