Opti Staffing is seeking an Assembly & Trim Technician in Warren, OR to trim, sand, bond, assemble, and finish composite parts. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential to succeed in a fast-paced setting.

You will read travelers and SOPs, follow drawings and work instructions, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production schedules. Lifting up to 30 lbs with assistance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly or composite experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read travelers, work instructions, and engineering specs.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic measuring tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform composite assembly and trim operations: trimming, sanding, bonding, and final assembly.
• Read and follow travelers, SOPs, drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures.
• Document labor, materials, and process information.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for production.
• Report defects and production concerns to supervisors.
