Our client is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Composite and Electrometric Material Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Function:

Responsibilities:

• Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish materials
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Using basic measuring devices such as calipers and scales.
• Following work instructions and drawings.
• Drilling composite materials with close tolerance carbide bit drills with the use of air hand drill motors, drill presses or large drill fixtures.
• Drilling aluminum plates and countersinking holes for different size rivets.
• Sanding for quality finish of all composites in a vented grinding room, wearing fitted particle masks.
• Installing nut plate hardware with cherry rivets, with handheld riveters.
• Mixing a variety of chemical adhesives.
• Understanding and interpreting manufacturing drawings and manufacturing procedures.
• Installing manufactured harnesses and crimping lug nuts.
