Job summary

LifePort in Woodland, WA is seeking a manufacturing technician to perform composite part manufacturing, including lamination, bonding, trimming, assembly and inspection. You will work safely in a team and follow detailed work instructions and blueprints.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of composite layup experience, strong math and reading skills, and a willingness to learn. The 4/10 schedule includes a $2.00/hr shift differential and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a aerospace manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform lamination, bonding, trimming, assembly and inspection of composite parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Operate tools and equipment for cutting, sanding and drilling.
• Maintain safe work practices and communicate effectively with team.
