Job summary

PFI Precision, Inc. is seeking a CNC Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00 pm–2:30 am) to lead a small team on turning and milling centers, set up jobs, edit programs, and train operators.

This hands-on role requires directing 7–9 employees on the second shift, maintaining production rates, improving processes, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced shop environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 5–10+ years of CNC manufacturing experience, with strong math skills

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up multiple CNC turning and milling machines with varied tooling.
• Edit CNC programs and optimize job processes.
• Train setup personnel and operators.
• Maintain production rate per documented instructions.
• Lead the second shift (7–9 staff) and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure ISO9000 compliance and safe operation.
