IMEG Corp is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for a 10-12 week summer program in Greenwood Village, CO. You will work with engineers on design, reports, permits, and field inspections, gaining hands-on experience while supporting projects financially and coordinating across disciplines.

You’ll contribute to municipal and transportation work, learning to deliver resilient infrastructure within a 100% employee-owned firm. The role offers in-office collaboration and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards a BS in Civil Engineering.
• Strong interest in design consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and BIM.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design portions of projects according to code and IMEG standards.
• Research resources for commercially available equipment.
• Support client relations, project design notebooks, and permanent records.
• Coordinate design and schedules with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Document design decisions and meetings while tracking progress.
• Review project documents for accuracy prior to final checks.
• Prepare and issue addendum information.
• Conduct periodic site observations and related services.
