Job summary

Cindavi in Georgia is seeking a Chemical Engineer to own an assigned process end‑to‑end, from technology transfer through plant production. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility from the start, not a typical entry‑level posting.

You will handle batch tracking, documentation, and cost models, partner with operators and maintenance, and communicate with customers and leadership. This is an on‑site, Monday–Friday role in Douglas, GA, with occasional on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering; internships/co-ops encouraged.
• 0–5 years of process engineering, development, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong fundamentals in mass and energy balances, unit operations, and basic process economics.
• Good communication with both plant operators and customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned process end‑to‑end from batch tracking to materials on hand.
• Translate tech transfer packages into plant‑scale processes across lab to pilot plant.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and production to troubleshoot and standardize procedures.
• Develop block flow diagrams, mass/energy balances, and material specifications.
• Build cost models and evaluate profitability before implementation.
• Support Process Safety Management, hazard reviews, and regulatory work.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers.
