Job summary

Cindavi is hiring two Process Engineer positions in Douglas, Georgia. The role is on-site with responsibilities spanning from lab-scale tech transfer to full plant production. You will own a process end-to-end, work closely with operators and customers, and help drive safe, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of process engineering, process development, or manufacturing experience.
• Solid fundamentals in mass and energy balances, unit operations, and basic process economics.
• Strong communication skills to interact with operators and customer leaders.
• Self-starter attitude; takes instruction well and requires minimal daily management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an assigned process end-to-end, including batch tracking and materials on hand.
• Translate customer technology transfer packages into plant-scale processes (lab to pilot plant).
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance and production to troubleshoot live issues and improve procedures.
• Develop block flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and specifications for materials and samples.
• Build cost models for new processes and assess profitability before production.
• Support Process Safety Management, hazards reviews, and regulatory work including PMN submissions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers from shop floor to leadership.
