Denali Holdco LLC is seeking a Chemical Plant Operator to manufacture quality products and manage hazardous materials safely by following procedures, safety rules and site policies. You will inspect, monitor, and operate reactors and loading systems, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Required high school education or GED.
• Prior SAP knowledge is not specified; preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with safety regulations and chemical industry practices is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and operate reactors, loading systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe, compliant production.
• Read and interpret instrument data; make adjustments to maintain efficient production.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as purges, washes and recharges of equipment.
• Collect samples and perform analytical tests to verify production quality and conformance.
• Follow shift instructions, batch sheets, loading sheets, and SOPs for operation and loading.
• Collaborate with panel operator to set priorities and coordinate with maintenance.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Enter data into SAP, Excel, batch records, and related systems.
• Assist in running reactors and performing analytical testing; load/unload raw materials and finished products.
• Operate power industrial trucks for material movement; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Prepare solutions, materials, and equipment for batch production; ensure proper setup for operation, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, and site-specific programs; support process safety initiatives.
