The role focuses on monitoring control panels, adjusting processes, and operating reactors while maintaining strict safety, quality, and regulatory adherence in a 12-hour rotating shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Knowledge of DCS/PLC control systems.
• Strong safety awareness and GMP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor control panels and adjust processes as needed.
• Multi-task and manage different activities simultaneously.
• Operate reactors and related process equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from Shift Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions.
• Enter data into SAP, Excel, and batch records.
• Prepare equipment for operation, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Uphold GMP standards and site safety.
