Job summary

DealHub Ltd. seeks a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations for a multi-division organization in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

This onsite role with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future combines strategic leadership with day-to-day accounting and controls. You will oversee all financial functions, drive budgeting and forecasting, manage ERP initiatives, and partner with operational leaders to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing cash flow, credit management, and financial reporting.
• ERP implementation, optimization, or migration experience preferred.
• Hands-on leadership in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Construction/manufacturing/distribution industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial and accounting operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and credit functions.
• Manage monthly close activities and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review sales tax filings and related compliance reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations to ownership regarding financial performance and planning.
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy.
• Support ERP and software optimization initiatives.
• Play a key role in future system migrations and process improvement projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership and operational leadership.
