Greenleaf Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to head up operations at our technical ceramics custom solutions facility in Flat Rock, NC. We require someone with experience in ceramic grade development, hot and cold pressing ceramics, green machining, and specialty grinding.

The role involves leading a small team across safety, quality, planning, maintenance and processing departments, interfacing with R&D, and ensuring production schedules and KPI targets are met.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Management and continual improvement process experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Looking for a technical manager with previous manager or supervisory experience.
• Must be a hands on manager.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure manufacturing floor is in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Manage a small team and is responsible for all departments, including safety, quality, planning, maintenance and pressing, sintering, grinding, coating and inspection.
• Interface closely with engineering R&D teams and maintain a strong quality focus.
• Meet production schedules.
• Maintain plant KPI’s.
• Mentor and train staff members.
