Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Buyer to support direct purchasing in a stable manufacturing environment. You will manage the full purchasing cycle from PO creation through delivery, using SAP/MRP to convert requisitions into orders and expedite as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of buying experience, strong SAP skills, and the ability to work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement data.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Buyer/purchasing experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience within purchasing/procurement, including MRP.
• Experience managing full purchasing process: POs, vendor confirmations, expediting, issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and convert to purchase orders through MRP.
• Create, place, confirm, and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor and expedite orders for on-time delivery.
