Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience purchasing raw materials, components, MRO supplies, or other manufacturing-related goods.
• Experience using an ERP system for purchasing; NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, components, MRO supplies, packaging, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Create and manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and deliveries to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor information within the ERP system.
• Assist with vendor setup and supplier evaluations.
• Support inventory management, replenishment, and counts.
• Collaborate with production, operations, quality, engineering, finance, and AP to resolve purchasing and invoice issues.
• Provide purchasing and receiving documentation to support invoice processing and three-way matching.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes, efficiency, and cost management.
• Assist with special projects and other purchasing-related initiatives.
