Touchmark at The Ranch, Prescott's premier senior living community, is seeking an experienced Building Services Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on site. You will guide, train, coach, and direct daily activities to keep buildings, grounds, and systems safe, reliable, and well-maintained for residents.

The role reports to the Building Services Director and emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in building, facilities, or maintenance.
• Experience leading and directing maintenance staff.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and life safety systems.
• Ability to manage priorities and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain Fingerprint clearance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day leadership, work direction, training, and coaching to Building Services team members.
• Establish daily priorities, assign work, coordinate coverage, and ensure safe completion to standards.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related systems.
• Monitor and prioritize resident and community work orders and service requests.
• Inspect completed work and community areas for quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities and inspections.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, attendance, feedback, and other supervisory tasks.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotation.
