• Identify and resolve tooling and machine related issues and procure replacement parts.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and keep equipment clean and in like-new condition.
• Assist with mold sets and tooling changes; participate in line readiness.
• Operate MP2 CMMS for work orders and maintenance records.
• Train operators and line workers to become maintenance technicians.
• Respond promptly to line breakdowns and notify management of issues.
• Support lean manufacturing, identify cost reductions and productivity gains.
