Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC seeks a Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to resolve production equipment problems and assist with diagnosing issues. You will identify corrective actions, procure parts, and perform repairs to support manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities include HVAC maintenance, mold sets, tool changes, using MP2 CMMS, and training operators. You will adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on resource for resolving equipment problems affecting production and assist with diagnosing issues.
• Identify and resolve tooling and machine issues; procure replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Perform HVAC maintenance.
• Keep equipment in like-new condition.
• Assist with mold sets and tooling changes.
• Enter work orders into MP2 CMMS.
• Train operators and line workers to become maintenance technicians.
• Be the first responder to line breakdowns and correct issues.
• Notify promptly about equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct line leak reviews and construct hydraulic hoses and water lines.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase productivity using lean tools.
