Pieper Automation is hiring Automation Service Engineers at all levels to support and expand our growing service organization across GA. You will troubleshoot, program, commission, and optimize industrial systems for diverse manufacturers.

Roles range from hands-on field work to technical leadership, with a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and delivering value to customers. Travel to job sites is required; solid communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong safety mindset and personal integrity.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in industrial automation and control systems.
• Modify, enhance, and support PLC, HMI, and related control platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, preventative maintenance, and on-site service calls.
• Support equipment start-ups, commissioning, and operational improvements.
• Proactively identify hazards and promote a zero-incident culture.
