Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with automation, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in industrial automation and control systems.
• Modify, enhance, and support PLC, HMI, and related control platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, preventative maintenance, and on-site service calls.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality and reliability.
