Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline with 1+ year related work experience or High School Diploma/GED.
Proficiency in reading electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics for troubleshooting.
Strong electrical experience including Three Phase, PLC troubleshooting or programming, and wiring.
Ability to use PPE, lockout/tagout, and safety requirements for electrical systems.
Ability to use precision measuring and lab instruments (calipers, micrometers, scales).
Good written/spoken English; able to work with others and document processes.

Responsibilities

Program, troubleshoot, and repair machines.
Coordinate new ideas and improvements with the Indianapolis engineering group.
Employ automation options to reduce costs, improve quality, and shorten turnaround time.
Manage, train and support the installation.
