Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor degree in Engineering with 1+ year of related work experience, or High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in reading electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics for troubleshooting and parts identification.
Strong electrical experience including Three Phase, PLC troubleshooting and/or programming.
Ability to use PPE and Lockout/Tagout and follow safety requirements for electrical systems.
Ability to read measurements and perform calculations with basic data interpretation.
Ability to document technical procedures and maintain clear records.

Responsibilities

Employs automation options to reduce costs, improve quality, and shorten turnaround time.
Coordinates new ideas with the engineering group as necessary.
Programs, troubleshoots, and repairs machines.
Manage, train and support the installation.
May assist in other areas to meet fluctuating business needs.
Supports development projects through data gathering, organizing and reporting.
Monitors market trends and regulatory changes through training and discussions with other departments.
