Avis Budget Group in Tallahassee, FL is hiring an Automotive Technician to perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands. The role emphasizes safety and quality and offers hands-on training.

You will do oil changes, fluid services, tire changes, rotations, and basic repairs, with potential to assist senior technicians. On-site, full-time role with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior automotive maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry or typing.
• Willingness to work all shifts in a busy shop.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, fluid services, tire changes and rotations, and basic repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards; assist senior technicians as needed.
• Work on a diverse fleet across brands to gain exposure to systems and technologies.
• Help reduce downtime and ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
