Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring an entry-level automotive technician in Pensacola, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluids, tires, and basic repairs on a diverse fleet, while following safety and quality standards. On-site position with growth opportunities and potential ASE certification support.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexibility to work all shifts. On-site work only to support timely, safe rentals.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior automotive maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a mechanical shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a fleet, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes and rotations, and basic repairs.
• Work on a diverse fleet across multiple brands and assist senior technicians as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards to keep vehicles ready for customers.
